The first guest needs to Register/login our website & choose your package, make payment offered by the company through cards & net banking enjoy the holidays in your dreamed destination.

How to make payment?

Deposit advance amount as per below format strictly by card or your selected payment option:

30% at the time of confirmation of the package

50% at the time of issuing

20% amount before 20 days from the tour date

What are the general inclusions of your tour?

“BALKRISHNA HOLIDAYS” provide basically Accommodation, Transportation, Meals (as per mentioned in itinerary if any) & requested add-on services on tour such as transportation by your selected Vehicle, Destination, Hotel Category etc.

 

What about meals?

For Family tour Generally, Breakfast is included

For honeymoon tour Breakfast & Dinner is included

For group tour Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included


What about hotels & rooms?

“BALKRISHNA HOLIDAYS” provide hotel & room facilities to guest such as Candlelight dinner for honeymoon tour & special group tour, Doctor on call ( on request) , Wi-Fi & other amenities as per hotel policy, meals on request if include , welcome drink on arrival,  room decorations for honeymoon tour, bonfire & cultural dance as per package inclusion etc.

 

What are the special inclusions of honeymoon tours?

Candlelight Dinner, welcome drink on arrival, room decoration, honeymoon cake & etc. special celebration.

The main role of Tour operator is to complete all booking process & assist to guest which is taking services from the company. Tour operator handles your whole tour right from your arrivals & departure to your selected destination.  Also, help you to schedule your tour as per itinerary.

 

Role of tour manager?

Role of tour manager is to assist you and solve your problem at the time of tour. Especially in group tours. Tour manager takes care of your every activity & provide you time to the time day wise schedule of the tour.

 

Which documents are mandatory to book a tour?

For Domestic tour:

2 photocopy (Xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter's ID & booking forms or etc. form provide by company.

For international tour:

Passport, Visa( if issued), 2 photocopies (Xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter's ID & booking forms or etc. form provide by company.
